Our Story

We (Max and Jason) met freshman year in college, becoming lifelong friends and eventually business partners. In 2019, we started a business together, co-founding Fidelity Memorial Group in partnership with a multi-generational, family-owned business in the Southeast. We grew the company into an industry leader while keeping local teams, culture, and brands intact. Today, the founding family still runs the business, while we have shifted our attention to building a best-in-class water company.

Our passion for water started at home. We both have young children and became aware that our families were exposed to low quality water. After installing a whole-house filtration system and experiencing the difference firsthand, we decided to turn our attention to understanding the nuts and bolts of the trade. We fell in love with the cause and the dedicated people behind it.

Meeting Aaron completed the founding team for Archway Water Alliance. Together, we bring a hands-on owner mindset, respect for local service, and a long-term commitment to the independent residential and light commercial water dealers we partner with.
